The vacation home, with its 7 apartments, is situated in a quiet location, just a stone’s throw from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The nearest beach access point (No. 7) is just 100 meters away; the town’s numerous art galleries, restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, as well as the Bodden meadows and the west beach, are all within walking or biking distance.
Enjoy the warm, cozy atmosphere of this house, furnished in a classic country-style with wooden furniture, antiques, terracotta floors, and old paintings.
Apartment 3 is located on the first floor and features a sunny garden terrace with plenty of space to relax, play, or sunbathe. It is equipped with a small kitchenette, a large refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, two burners, and a small kitchen table. The apartment features a large, bright shower room with two sinks and two bedrooms with double beds—one of which has enough space for a baby crib. The living room can be described as “small but cozy”; it features a corner sofa, an armchair, and a small writing desk.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the shared laundry room; bicycles can be stored in the lockable shared bike garage, which includes an e-bike charging station. Each apartment comes with 1 free parking space at the building! An electric grill is available; barbecuing with charcoal or gas is not permitted for fire safety reasons.
