The "Harbourviews" holiday apartment is located in the newly built Baltic Sea Resort Olpenitz, just steps from the water! The light-filled living area invites you to cozy up by the fireplace on cold evenings. The inviting seating area promises relaxation and comfort – you'll feel right at home. The spacious eat-in kitchen with seating for six is ​​equipped with everything you could wish for.
The master bedroom features a double box-spring bed and offers not only comfort but also a breathtaking view of the harbor – a truly enchanting vista. The second bedroom overlooks the picturesque Schlei fjord and has two single beds, one of which can be converted into a sofa bed to provide extra space for younger guests. Both bedrooms can, of course, be darkened.
The spa-like bathroom is another highlight: A Finnish sauna awaits, perfect for relaxing after a refreshing walk on the beach. The large, relaxing whirlpool tub with a water view is the perfect finishing touch to your wellness experience – recharge your batteries and leave the everyday world behind.
Enjoy the fresh sea air on the terrace and let your mind wander!

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Traumhafter Ausblick aufs Wasser. Das Wellnessbadezimmer lädt zum Entspannen in Sauna und Whirlwanne ein. Ein Plus ist der Schuppen, in dem man Fahrräder trocken und sicher unterstellen kann. Die Umgebung und Infrastruktur sind auf jeden Fall noch ausbaufähig. Es wird momentan viel renoviert, einiges liegt brach. Leider gibt es nur 1 Restaurant, das ist allerdings sehr gut. Auch wäre es sicherlich von Vorteil, wenn sich noch weitere Cafés, Bars und Läden ansiedeln würden. Der zentrale Müllsammelplatz ist von der Idee her sicherlich gut, aber ein zweiter am anderen Ende des Resorts wäre vielleicht empfehlenswert, so dass man nicht jedes Mal ins Auto steigen muss, um seinen Müll zu entsorgen. Die Buchung war sehr unkompliziert. Unser Fazit: wir kommen sicherlich noch mal wieder.
