Next to the villa, you can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue and then enjoy it at the dining table for up to 10 people. Your children will enjoy romping around the beautiful garden or taking turns on the swings. On the first floor you will find a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace. The living room with TV and fireplace as well as the fully equipped kitchen are located on the second floor. Here you will also find the second dining table for up to 12 people and an exit to the garden. There are three more comfortable double bedrooms on this floor. Each has its own bathroom and one of them has a bathtub with a view of the sea for the most relaxing bubble bath you've ever had. Villa Evelina Eselboeck is located in the village of Lovran, just 2 km from the beach. The nearest restaurant, café and store are within 1.1 km. Nature lovers can visit the Ucka Nature Park, a protected area with hiking trails leading to gorges, waterfalls and historical sites. The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the "Pearl of the Adriatic", the town of Opatija. For a relaxing stroll along the coast, don't miss the Lungomare promenade. During a walk you can admire the breathtaking view of the town and the surrounding islands. It is the perfect place to explore the natural sights of Opatija. The 19th-century Villa Angiolina is surrounded by a garden of exotic plants and houses the Croatian Museum of Tourism. It collects, examines and displays objects and stories that represent the rich history of tourism in Croatia. A little further afield, you can spend a day in Rijeka. Explore Trsat Castle and enjoy a meal in the courtyard, which has been converted into a restaurant. For a more modern activity, visit an exhibition at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art or the Computer Museum. The temperature of the heated swimming pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions, and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
