The furnished 2.5 room apartment is equipped with two bedrooms (2 queen beds), a walk-in closet and two bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with electric and programmable shutters, some with parquet flooring. The large eat-in kitchen has a stove, oven, washing machine, dryer and a 2 meter high fridge-freezer.
Two oversized parking spaces in front of the house, which are also suitable for Sprinters, belong to the apartment, which also has a separate entrance.
With the regional train 48 you can reach Wuppertal, Solingen (change to Düsseldorf), Leverkusen, Cologne-Messe-Deutz, Cologne Central Station and Bonn. A bus stop is just 100 metres away.
The blossom city of Leichlingen is located halfway between Cologne and Düsseldorf and yet is completely surrounded by greenery. The town, which has earned its nickname as the fruit town of the Bergisches Land, is an ideal and easily accessible recreation area for those seeking peace and quiet of all ages.
