Deluxe Studio Perla is an attractive and comfortable holiday apartment in one of the most beautiful suburbs of Porec – Novo naselje.

The studio is set in a separate little house with its own entrance on the property of the house owners and has a parking space. The pebble beach and various sports and gastronomic facilities are only 350 m away, a shop 500 m, restaurant 350 m and the centre of Porec 1 km.

Deluxe Studio Perla of 32 sqm and for 2 guests consists of air-conditioned living-sleeping area which is partly separated, in one part is an equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa and in the other a double bed and shower/toilet. The studio has a small terrace with dining table. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
