The ground floor of the villa is spread over three levels and comprises a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa bed, as well as two comfortable bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor houses a private bedroom with a balcony and en-suite bathroom and offers a peaceful retreat. Below the sun deck, the lower floor offers an air-conditioned living area with a large dining table, a kitchen with wine and beer taps, a sofa, a TV and an additional bedroom with shower/WC.
