The 130 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour stationner la voiture, en cette période de l'année on trouve des places ou bien dans la rue ou au parking à proximité.La maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, même qu'elle offrait davantage que supposé. La proximité de la plage et des commerces sont un atoût. Je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Das Häuschen ist wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Es ist von hohen Apartmentblöcken umgeben, so dass man im Innenhof auf dem Präsentierteller sitzt. Das 2. Bad ist nur eine Dusche mit kleinem Handwaschbecken. Es neigt sehr zur Schimmelbildung, da es nicht zu belüften ist. Wir haben eine Flasche Schimmelentferner zur Reinigung benötigt. Für die Parkplatzsuche in den Straßen braucht man Ausdauer, insbesondere an den Wochenenden. Die 2. Toilette ist nur durch den Eßbereich erreichbar. Die Räumlichkeiten sind insgesamt sehr beengt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ( 25 Jahre ) da. Dafür war es gerade ausreichend, da wir viel Zeit draußen verbringen konnten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist. Auch Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt einen Kinderstuhl und ein Kinderbett. Dieses steht allerdings im Zimmer mit der schimmelnden Nasszelle. In den anderen Schlafzimmern ist dafür jedoch kein Platz. Das Haus wird besenrein übergeben und ist so wieder zu hinterlassen. Aufgrund der Strandnähe,der gemütlichen Ausstattung und der guten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten war es trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden das Haus jedoch nicht mehr mieten.
