The Space:

This spacious flat is located on the fourth floor in a building with lift access. Its area is as large as 76m2. It is an ideal option for families or groups travelling together. There are two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double queensize bed. The second bedroom also has a double bed. An additional sleeping area is an 80x200 folding bed in the hall wardrobe. The first bedroom has a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle and a washing machine. A set of free toiletries can be used in both. The kitchen is equipped with all possible amenities, in addition to a gas cooker, there is also a microwave, a blender, a refrigerator, an oven and a toaster. On warmer days, delicious coffee prepared in the coffee machine can be drunk on the balcony. The bedrooms are equipped with desks and chairs, so the flat is suitable for remote working. This is also facilitated by access to fast, free WiFi. Other multimedia facilities include a Tv equipped with SmartTV+. No parking space is assigned to the flat.
