This beautiful Villa Bay II is located in the enchanting Paltana Bay near Banjole. It offers the ideal holiday for friends and families close to the beach on the beautiful blue Adriatic. The nearest beach is just 100 m away and the sea is right in front of you. There are 4 very nice bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the second floor bedrooms have their own terrace with wonderful sea views. There are a total of 6 bathrooms in the villa. The villa is equipped for up to 9 people. The cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area are available on the first floor. Imagine a stunning ocean view hot tub on a kitchen terrace, creating a unique and luxurious experience that beautifully combines relaxation and culinary delights. Outdoors, you can enjoy the Istrian sun at the private pool while enjoying the incredible views of the blue sea. The pool can be heated upon request and for a fee. There is also a trampoline in the garden for activities. In the covered ground floor kitchen next to the pool with dining table and grill, family and friends can meet for summer evenings by the pool and enjoy local specialties freshly prepared on the barbecue grill. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi and offers everything for an unforgettable holiday. There are two villas that are next to each other, they differ in that one villa allows pets and the other does not. Villa Bay II is the left house. Otherwise the two villas are identical. There are a variety of summer and water sports activities in the area, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horse riding and hunting. For an even greater choice of leisure activities and tourist amenities, the magnificent architectural sights of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away. The old town of Pomer is also just a stone's throw away.

The house was perfect ! Everything was so good we had air conditioning in every room. it was really clean everywhere. the outdoor kitchen is perfect, we used it the most. the local beach is simple, but we traveled the others and enjoyed the whole week. The pool is the biggest positive. if we don&#39t want to go to the beach, we can freshen up at any time :)

Schöner Urlaub mit Familie in Banjole

Uns hat es in Banjole gut gefallen, obwohl die Villen im allgemeinen sehr überteuert sind! Sonnenschutz, Markise am Balkon , Deckenventilator in der Outdoorküche wäre vom Vorteil und die Sauberkeit der Villa könnte besser sein, sehr viele Spinnweben bei den Fenstern und Balkontüren, ansonsten war alles okay!

Villa in guter Lage und allem drum und dran

Die Villa liegt sehr gut gelegen, Restaurants fussläufig, der Strand ebenso, schöne Strecke zum spazieren mit Blick auf das offene mehr. Da wir die ersten oder zweiten Gäste waren und die Villa noch in Kinderschuhen steckt, hatten wir doch einige Probleme, ich kann aber trotzdem 5 Sterne vergeben, weil alle Probleme sofort gelöst wurden, alle sehr freundlich waren und uns entgegen gekommen sind. Da dann alle Probleme gerichtet wurden, muss man sagen ist die Villa toll, Blick auf die Bucht, gute Ausstattung in der Küche, einen Pool den man beheizen kann, dieser war gold Wert. Außenküche mit Grill ist auch super. Viele Bäder sind vorhanden, was es mit verschieden Familien sehr luxuriös macht 🤗 Also ich kann die Villa empfehlen Kleine Details wie einen Wäschekorb, mehre Haken für Jacken oder Handtücher an den Wänden oder für den Pool einen großen Wasserschieber, sowie ein Wäscheständer wären noch prima.
