We stayed 4 nights at this property the pros: -Excellent Location close to bayside and many other shops- Very spacious-has everything you need to cook including a pretty big fridge and freezer.-checkin was very easy and quick.-very high floor view of Miami -nice big shower -washer and dryer in the unit (don’t forget detergent)-nice dining table size - nice big tvs in room and living room-lots of cool amenities, pool is beautiful.Cons:-45 per day valet parking (scratched our car rim)takes about 20 minutes to get your car so you have to request pretty far in advance.-extreme construction right outside the front doors which was very loud and ugly.- the apartments floors were very dirty (had to throw away my sons white socks the first day)-the shelf above the sink was very dirty with loose cereal and lots of dirt.- there was nothing to clean up with, no broom, mop, garbage bags, or dish soap (There was 1 dishwashing pod).- the bedding was pretty thin and there are standard size pillows inside of king size pillow covers which made it feel cheap.-sofa was very hard and uncomfy-jacuzzi heater was not working when we tried to go in.Our stay was amazing and we had a great time I mostly wish it was a little cleaner or that we would have brought our own cleaning supplies with us instead of having to go out and getting stuff. Some dish soap and basic cleaning tools would have been awesome!
