Each home has a living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining table, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms upstairs (one with balcony). Covered terraces with garden furniture, electric heating, and WiFi complete the accommodation.

The resort features a water attractions complex (01.06–14.09) with a pool, two slides, and a whirlpool, plus playgrounds, a playroom, sports fields, barbecue areas, a snack bar, and secure parking. From 08.06–06.09, children can enjoy an all-day entertainment program. Bed linen, water, internet, access to the water attractions, and parking are included; baby cot, high chair, and bathtub available on request.

Sarbinowo is a charming west coast summer resort with clean, wide beaches, perfect for family trips. Nearby attractions include the Museum of the Fishing Village in Chłopy, Pomerania Fun Park, and the international R-10 cycling trail around the Baltic Sea.
