Great location with tons of amenities. Very peaceful location. A little challenging to get to but well worth the effort. Not your typical VRBO.

The property was not fully cleaned when we arrived. They had to come in and finish but it was never truly clean. The refrigerator was warm and took a day to cool down. There was no kayak or paddle board like the listing said.

We’re sorry this guest felt the property did not meet their expectations upon arrival. Unfortunately, our cleaning staff experienced an unexpected emergency that day and was en route to complete the final cleaning prior to the guests’ arrival. As soon as we were notified that the cleaning had not been completed, we immediately dispatched a cleaning crew to the property to finish the home. We were equally responsive regarding the refrigerator. When the guests contacted us Friday evening to report that it felt warm, we had an appliance technician onsite within approximately two hours. The technician inspected the refrigerator and provided photos confirming that it was operating at the correct temperature. When the guests raised the concern again on Saturday, we immediately dispatched an appliance technician a second time. After another inspection, the technician found no mechanical issues and confirmed that the refrigerator was cooling and maintaining the proper temperatures. We take concerns during a guest’s stay seriously and make every effort to address them immediately, which we did throughout this stay. We regret that the initial cleaning delay occurred, but we responded promptly to each issue brought to our attention and had professionals onsite to ensure the home and appliances were functioning properly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The lake views from the house were great. We also really liked the backyard, walking up to the lake shore, fire pit, etc. The house was clean and had everything one would need during a vacation. Sunset views were icing on the cake.

Our family had a wonderful time at the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a full spread. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings.We’re an active family and loved being so close to Little Elm Park, just a seven-minute drive away. We played pickleball and tennis there each day, which made the stay even better.Property manager is very helpful.

This property was exceptional for a large group! Great sleeping areas and bathrooms. The property was super clean and looked just as described. It had everything you would need including a back deck, gazebo and lake access. The location is on the water though right by the toll bridge so there was a good bit of traffic noise. It’s an interesting location to get to, but once on property it is an exceptional stay!

This lakefront house is gorgeous, every detail was thought out! The house was perfect for our group, the kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed for the 10 of us. We loved spending the evening out by the firepit! We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks but loved that they were available. Everyone slept well! The road to get there is rough but not to long, we had plenty of parking on the gravel driveway. It was great to be so close to our son's wedding that was held at the Olana!

Lake House birthday weekend

I had my 70th Birthday celebration with several of my friends. The house was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the owners was great. Everyone enjoyed their time there.

We met the house owner Kimberly she was so incredibly nice showing us the trail to the lake. Showed us where additional water toys were. The lake sunset was breathtaking the people around the area were so nice. I can’t even begin to say how beautiful and clean the house was. We were in our own private resort. Everyone had a great time we will be coming back very soon! The views from the windows from the porch to the bbq and fire pits were amazing!

House by the Lake

We had a very relaxing stay at this very well appointed house. Unfortunately, the weather was not very cooperative to use the hot tub. If we ever get back to Texas, we will definitely rent this house again.

Great house and location, beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the upstairs AC needs some maintenance, it would not cool very well and stayed warm most of the time. Otherwise we had a great time!

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay at the lake house and were incredibly impressed with the house. Aside from being huge, the house had all the amenities a group could ask for. We enjoyed the big kitchen and living area, and everyone of our large group had their own bed to sleep in. The neighborhood was a little more off the beaten path than I initially though, but I guess we should have known that by looking at the various maps. Getting Ubers was also challenging at times, but it was a holiday weekend so that may have played a role. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet stay.
