The apartment is well-equipped for a total of 3 people and is located on the first floor. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed. The living room features a pull-out sofa bed for the third person, a dining area (new chairs), as well as a stereo system and a flat-screen TV. A free Wi-Fi network (without guarantee) is available in the house. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, and 4-burner stove, and has an exterior window. From the hallway, which features a built-in closet, you enter the bathroom (shower/toilet/sink/hair dryer/interior with fan). The furnished balcony gets sun starting at noon (west-facing balcony). The apartment has laminate flooring throughout. Pets allowed upon request. A storage space for bicycles is available in the basement (no elevator). A parking space is included with the apartment.
