These amenities, combined with the wide, gently sloping sandy beach, make the vacation village an ideal vacation destination.<br>The Green Oak Holiday Home is a ground-floor townhouse with a private garden (partially fenced) that accommodates up to 5 people and features two bedrooms: one with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, and one with two single beds. The living room features a sofa bed that provides an additional sleeping option. The living area is equipped with a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes dishes, silverware, pots, a microwave, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. The covered patio with a table and chairs is perfect for relaxing, while the children can play on the playground or by the pool. The time limit is approximately 4 hours. Barbecues are permitted (gas or electric). Accessible accommodations can be booked upon request and subject to availability. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style. <br>ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY<br>Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged. <br>BEACH<br>Along this stretch of coastline, you’ll find all the amenities and services of a modern vacation resort. Both lounge chairs and umbrellas (available for rent) as well as a spacious, open sandy beach are just as much a part of the offering as water sports: surf school, catamarans, water skiing, banana boat rides, and parasailing. In addition, the “Panda” beach section offers a shaded picnic area, beach volleyball, and bocce.<br>POOL<br>A total of nine swimming pools, spread throughout the resort, are available to guests of the vacation village as an alternative to swimming in the sea. The swimming pools offer something for everyone. There’s the Tropical Pool with a view of the sea and an integrated children’s pool, the Maxim and Residence Pools with waterfalls and water features, and the Penelope Pool with slides near the chalets. If you’re looking for even more, you can let loose at the water park, which features four pools, two slides, a hot tub, games for children, and fitness facilities for adults.<br>FAMILY-FRIENDLY<br>A whole range of entertainment programs tailored to both your age and your interests awaits you. At the Francesco vacation village, entertainment for all ages is already included, so you do NOT have to pay extra for a club card.
