Bright and welcoming apartment in a quiet location in a well-maintained townhouse. Just a few minutes by car from the beach and the nearest supermarket.

The apartment is located on the first floor.

The modern living and dining room offers direct access to the balcony (southwest-facing). It is furnished with a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, a dining area for 4 people, and a living room cabinet, and features laminate flooring.

An open, spacious, and bright bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), 2 nightstands, and a small built-in closet. The bedroom has laminate flooring, and the Velux window can be darkened with a roller shade.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.

The brightly tiled, naturally lit bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.

One dog is allowed for a fee.

Street parking. Free Wi-Fi.

Linen packages can be booked as an add-on. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

Eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung. Sie liegt nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Sie war gut ausgestattet und das WLAN funktionierte tatsächlich auch :). Wir bewohnten sie mit einem Kleinkind (2j.), was kein Problem war. Einziger negativ Punkt wäre für uns die fehlende Überdachung/Markise auf dem Balkon und die Parkplatz Situation. Zu dieser Wohnung gibt es keinen Stellplatz und das Parken an der Straße ist schwer,da es nur eine Möglichkeit gibt und die Straße eher eng ist.
