This 5-room apartment is located on the first floor of this beautiful house and has approximately 130 square meters of living space. Throughout the house, modern technology blends with a rustic aesthetic in the colors and furnishings. The white interior doors with profiled frames and door panels, as well as the light gray wooden windows with matching window sills, give the apartment a very personal touch.

The apartment features a very spacious entryway, from which you can access the apartment’s private sauna or the large, open, and bright living-kitchen/dining area. This area is stylishly furnished with country-style furniture, comfortable sofas, a LÖWE flat-screen TV, and matching CD, DVD, and Blu-ray players. You’ll love the sound quality of the TV and stereo system. Wi-Fi and a landline phone are also available.

The high-quality kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living area and featuring a modern champagne-beige finish, includes a refrigerator with freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a quiet dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, bread and sausage slicer, and various small utensils that round out the kitchen equipment. The large pantry offers ample storage space for your vacation groceries.

The floors in the living and kitchen areas are tiled in a warm brown tone and, like all other rooms, feature adjustable underfloor heating. For those cozy weeks, there’s a CONTURA wood-burning stove with a heat-storage function in a matching tiled finish.


The apartment has a total of four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each, and the fourth with a single bed; all feature ample storage space for your wardrobe, as well as country-style hardwood flooring. Two of the four bedrooms each have an additional flat-screen TV from LÖWE. The two bedrooms on the right have a doorway width of approximately 95 cm and are therefore wheelchair-accessible. The single bedroom facing the garden, in particular, is especially well-suited for a wheelchair user. The adjacent bathroom also has a wider doorway and a walk-in shower.

The two light-filled bathrooms are tiled with Villeroy [&] Boch tiles and equipped with modern fixtures, each featuring a large sink, a walk-in glass shower, and a toilet. The larger of the two bathrooms also features a bathtub, while the smaller one has a bidet.

A washing machine is available in a separate room and can be used by all guests for a fee.


The furnished and partially covered south-west-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing.

The absolute highlight is the stunning view of the Bodden—no matter where you are in the garden! You’ll find the lounge chairs for relaxing in the garden in the back area by the natural stone wall.

This non-smoking apartment is suitable for 1–7 people. We ask for your understanding—in the interest of our guests with allergies—that we do not allow pets.




Note: Outside the peak season—except during Pentecost[nbsp]—this apartment can also be booked for stays as short as 3 nights upon request.

All grill and barbecue enthusiasts can use a high-quality Thüros charcoal grill with a cooking surface of approximately 60 x 40 cm at Landhaus Hagenblick.
