Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guest’s stay will be provided the day before your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.

The Neighborhood:
Just across the Ravenel Bridge from downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant is a laid-back coastal town known for its live oaks, marsh views, and easygoing pace. Old Village, the town's oldest neighborhood, is lined with historic homes and quiet streets that lead down to the Pitt Street Bridge, a favorite spot for sunset. Shem Creek's waterfront restaurants and shrimp boats are minutes away, and the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms are a short drive or bike ride from home. Guests get the calm of a residential neighborhood with easy access to the water, the beach, and downtown Charleston six miles away.
Getting Around:
Mount Pleasant is easy to navigate but a car is recommended for longer stays. If you are traveling without a car we recommend these transportation services:

✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.
✹ This is a 100% smoke-free property:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
✹ Noise Notice:
This is a single-family home. Please be advised that there is currently construction on the street, so there may be additional noise during your stay.
✹ Please be advised that:
A local noise ordinance is in effect in the Town of Mount Pleasant from approximately 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or nearby units.

✹ Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
✹ We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
✹ We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
✹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equal to the cost of a full cleaning.
✹ Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.
✹ Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
✹ Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
