This two-story property features two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), accommodating up to eight guests. Amenities include heating, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, two smart TVs with streaming services, and two washing machines. A baby cot and two high chairs are also available.



The private outdoor area includes a swimming pond, a natural garden of about 2,500 sqm, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and barbecue facilities. There is parking on the property, and additional free parking is available on the street. Please keep the gates to the property closed at all times.



One pet is welcome for an additional fee. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Towels and bed linen are not provided. Bicycles can be rented nearby from a local bike shop. There is also a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.

Please do not store or dispose of food waste outside due to local wildlife—always use the residual waste bin. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children accompanied by a guardian.
