Lovely home in Sibenik

Villa Lumaka Sun is a modern two-storey family villa in Sibenik, just a few minutes away from the first beaches. The villa is the perfect choice for an active family vacation, and can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms.



The first floor has a cozy open plan living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with garden views. On the first floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. Two rooms have double beds, and one has two single beds. On the second floor you will also find another separate bathroom. All bedrooms have a television and air conditioning for total comfort.



From the first floor you have direct access to the enclosed garden with private pool, barbecue and a lovely lounge area. The private pool is ideal for refreshment on sunny days, surrounded by plenty of sun loungers to relax and sunbathe while your children play around. Next to the pool you can also prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and enjoy them with your friends and family.Brodarica is a true vacation oasis on the Sibenik Riviera. The small town has a 4 km long coastline with pebble beaches, stores, restaurants and cafes. Brodarica beach is a modern, equipped family beach with all the necessary amenities. Among other things, the beach offers a beach volleyball court, a children's playground, outdoor fitness equipment, a basketball court and a promenade.



The most important sight in Sibenik is the UNESCO-protected Cathedral of St. Jacob, which is considered one of the most important architectural monuments of the Renaissance in Croatia. If you want to spend your days in nature, there are two national parks next to Sibenik. The Krka National Park has many large waterfalls and historical treasures to discover, and the Kornati National Park is part of an archipelago in the Adriatic consisting of 150 islands.
