Awesome home in Pazin

Villa Pepi is located in the small village of Cerovci near Pazin. This beautiful terraced house has been newly renovated and furnished with rustic furniture. There is also a wonderful swimming pool to refresh yourself on warm summer days. The area surrounding the swimming pool extends to 1200m2 of lawn and is equipped with 6 sun loungers and parasols made of natural materials. In the large garden there is an open fireplace and a covered terrace. There are 3 private car parking spaces available for our guests.



Double bedroom with bathroom, kitchen with dining area and living room is located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the mezzanine is a large room with bathroom and terrace. Villa Pepi is air-conditioned and equipped with digital TV, DVD and wireless internet.



Nature lovers can go hiking or cycling in the surrounding area, as well as visit many hilltop towns or country inns to sample the delicious local dishes.Pazin is the administrative centre of Istria and was already in the 19th century, mainly because of its central position on the peninsula, plus its importance, and is called the 'heart of Istria'. The fascinating medieval castle of Pazin is situated on a 130m cliff where the Pazinica river flows into the Pazin castle moat. There are many interesting medieval towns in the vicinity of the town, while active holiday enthusiasts can enjoy the attractive 10 kilometre long St. Simon hiking trail. In Pazin you will find large supermarkets, restaurants and many bars and cafés.



The Adriatic coast is 20 minutes away, with beaches and the tourist resorts of Pore, Rovinj & Novigrad. Pula and the Brijuni Island National Park are 40 minutes away. From Pore, Rovinj and Pula you can take a boat trip to Venice.

We had a great time in this villa.

We had a great time in this villa. We were a group of 7 , and we were here in the first half of September..The weather was wonderful, as were the villa and its hosts..We owe special thanks to Dario, who welcomed us and saw us off like a real host. The walnut liqueur we got was perfect. The villa itself is a little fairy tale. A perfect yard, and a perfectly clean pool. Everything in the set deserves the highest rating, I recommend the villa to everyone

Sehr schönen Unterkunft, schön. Sehr gut gepflegt, tolle und nette vermieter. Lage ist ansicj mega aber jedoch mindestens 30 autominuten entfernt von die touristische starten. Mann braucht also umbedingt.ein auto. In Pazin findet.man Lidl, Gute Eis.und Tortchen Diele, ZIPLINEN und Quadtours kann man nur empfehlen.Kroatien ist superschön .Pula, Porech,.Vrsar usw wirklich empfehlenswert

Es ist eine sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Villa. Wir haben dort eine Woche verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Villa ist schön abgelegen, man ist für sich und trotzdem ist alles was man braucht wie beispielsweise Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Und natürlich noch zu erwähnen sind die super freundlichen Gastgeber. Liebe Anna und Dario wir kommen gerne wieder…

Wir, 7 Personen, haben unsere Pfingsferien 2023 in der Villa Pepi verbracht. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen, weit weg von Lärm und Trubel. Hier ist es wirklich ruhig....Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch wenn wir in der zweiten Woche mit dem Wetter weniger Glück hatten. Das Haus ist großzügig, außen ein schöner und großer überdachter Bereich, der Garten mit einer großen und tollen Rasenfläche zum spielen, etc. Gesamtes Anwesen eingezäunt und top gepflegt, da fühlt man sich wohl. Auch wenn das Wetter noch nicht ideal war, im schönen Pool haben wir jeden Tag baden können. Anna und Dario haben uns wunderbar betreut, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch wurde von "Oma" mal eine volle Tüte frischen und leckeren Salat herübergereicht. Sehr positiv waren die mit Fliegengitter versehenen Fenster. Das ist für "Stechmückenanfällige" (wie mich...) enorm wichtig, wichtiger als alles andere, also konnten wir ohne Bedenken lüften und schlafen. Die Räume waren sauber, keine Spinnweben oder dergleichen, war echt super. Ansonsten ist alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub so benötigt. Wir können das Haus und die Vermieter herzlich weiterempfehlen, wenn es sich ergibt, gehen wir sehr gerne wieder hin.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, 4 Kindern von 5-9 und einem Hund für eine Woche zu Gast in der Villa Pepi und wir wünschten wir hätten länger bleiben können! Wir wurden freundlichst begrüßt mit einem Korb voller köstlichem Gemüse und haben uns vom ersten Moment super Wohl gefühlt. Alles ist so wie beschrieben und wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage konnte man spätabends sogar die Milchstraße am Sternenhimmel sehen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, aber dann garantiert länger! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit!
