The house is bright and cozy, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking together. You will want for nothing, and after your excursions you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace in the evening and barbecue together. The awning provides shade on hot days. Are you taking your dog with you on vacation? Then simply let your family's four-legged friend run free in the small fenced garden.



You've found the perfect vacation destination, close to water, forests and towns. Bring your bikes and reach the beautiful sandy beaches of the Atlantic in just a few minutes. Did you know that Marennes-Oléron is Europe's largest oyster farming center, with around 6,000 hectares of oyster farms and 3,000 hectares of "claires"? So you can treat yourself to delicious oysters for dinner here. Explore Royan, spend a day at the Zoo de La Palmyre, experience island life on the Ile d'Oleron or visit Fort Boyard by boat.

Bonjour,Cette location est bien située près de la plage et des commerces et il y a toutes les tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Par contre, il serait souhaitable qu il y ait une climatisation ou un deuxième ventilateur car à l’étage se trouvent 2 chambres en mezzanine dont une qui n’a pas de fenêtre, où il fait très chaud.Mais ce qui est beaucoup plus gênant c’est que le ménage soit systématiquement compris dans le prix et que lorsque que vous prenez le logement, la propreté laisse à désirer et que vous soyez obligé de nettoyer certains équipements. Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de Novasol mais ça n’a rien donné. En conclusion, le logement est bien mais des améliorations sont à prévoir surtout sur la propreté.

Rapport qualité prix médiocre, une odeur de renfermé et d humidité qui n a pas quitté le logement pendant tt le séjour , malgres l aération à chaque fois que l on pouvait .Point positif la literie était confortable .l ensemble du logement est vieillot c est dommage.
