Two elegant double bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with its own luxurious bathroom, as well as a private lounge area with direct access to the upper terrace. Two further bedrooms, also with en-suite bathrooms, are on the top floor. The delightful courtyard hides the two pretty guest houses, one larger and one smaller, both with a cozy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge area, as well as a private terrace that serve as cozy nooks for relaxation.

The same care went into the garden and outdoor space. The magnificent landscaped garden surrounds the villa and blends harmoniously into the idyllic natural surroundings. The incredibly inviting outdoor terrace extends in front of the main house with al fresco dining area and the traditional built-in barbecue, as well as a very cozy lounge. It is famous for its breathtaking sea views, its astronomical observatory, but also for its excellent traditional gastronomy, which can be enjoyed in the numerous restaurants, agro-tourisms and rustic cellars in the region. Hiking trails, cycling routes and horseback riding are all nearby, and both Porec with its beautiful beaches and the idyllic medieval hilltop towns of the hinterland are easily accessible along excellent country roads.
