Petite House 'Gite Ty Coz - Beach 5min by Car' with Shared Terrace

Large former farmhouse dating from 1811, typical of the Pays Bigouden region. Located on our organic farm, this house is offered as part of a sustainable approach. It provides a simple, authentic setting with only the essentials and rustic decor—no unnecessary frills.



Baby equipment available: crib, changing table, high chair. The gite features a spacious 70 m² living area on the ground floor with a working fireplace (usable only from late October to late March, firewood available for an extra fee). There is also a large 200 m² courtyard (the former farmyard), which, while not private, is available for guests to enjoy outdoor meals, relaxation, and leisure. It is possible to accommodate 2 additional guests (on extra beds), available for an extra fee. A large shed is provided for parking cars, boats, and trailers.



The beach is 15 minutes away by bike or 6 minutes by car. Direct access from the farm to the GR 34 trail, beaches, and walking or cycling paths. No Wi-Fi, but 4G is available on smartphones—perfect for disconnecting.
