Located in Barberino Val d'Elsa, "Podere San Bartolo - Casa Colonica 2" offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available.



The agriturismo boasts a furnished outdoor terrace and access to a shared area with a pool (open from April 27 to October 5), panoramic garden, and restrooms. Pool rules are posted at the entrance, and a communal laundry area is next to the pool. Each unit has its own outdoor table and chairs, and the garden is shared with guests from other units.



The location is convenient, close to many historic and artistic towns in Chianti and Siena. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside. On-site parking is available. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Beach/pool towels are provided.



The property has guidelines for proper waste separation, with more information available on site. Nearby, you'll find a bar for breakfast and snacks, as well as the historic center of Barberino Val d'Elsa, a medieval village with restaurants and pizzerias. We loved our stay and did not want to leave. Very relaxing, great host, comfortable apartment and beautiful pool. The location is perfect for exploring Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and the smaller towns in the area.

Gorgeous place, well located with great accommodations

Stayed for 2 nights but wish it were 3. Located at the end of town and very convenient to many places. Only 40 minutes from Florence. Sonia, the host, was very helpful and met us upon arrival. Only issue was that we had some trouble finding the place. A picture of the front of the building would be helpful on the listing.

Exceeded expectations!!

We enjoyed our stay so much & would definitely visit again! Better than described! Views are so pretty from the patio & behind the apartment! Located in a quaint little Tuscan hilltop village with great restaurants within walking distance. Sonja was a very kind, helpful & gracious hostess!
