We’re both from Green Bay. Born here, raised here, still here. We host because this city works better when guests have a real house — a kitchen, a yard, parking, and enough floors that a group doesn’t live on top of each other.

This one sits in Ashwaubenon, three houses from the Lambeau parking lot and about a 10-minute walk to the gates, Titletown, and Resch. That matters on Sunday. It also matters for a wedding weekend, a concert, a convention, or family in town who still want to be in the district without checking into a hotel.

We’re Packers fans. We also know Green Bay runs all year. We keep the house ready the same way we’d want it if we were the ones pulling in after a drive: clean, stocked, grill working, garage heated and cooled, messages answered. If you need a walk-time to the gate, a dinner idea, or a heads-up on event traffic, ask. We’re local. That’s the whole point of how we host.

We chose Morris Avenue because it is as close as a neighborhood street gets to Lambeau without sitting on the frontage road. Three houses stand between this porch and the stadium parking lot. You walk past a couple of neighbors and you are in the district.

That is the scene we like. Game days the air changes — tailgates, crowds, green and gold moving toward the gates. The rest of the year the same sidewalks go to Titletown: the turf field, the playground, seasonal ice and tubing on Ariens Hill, Hinterland, restaurants, and the events that keep the lawn busy after football season. Resch is across the way for concerts, hockey, conventions, and family shows. You can leave the car in the drive for most of it.

What we enjoy most is the split personality of Ashwaubenon right here. One direction is the loudest corner of Packers country. The other is a regular village block — fenced yards, people walking dogs, kids on bikes, quiet enough at night that the house feels like a house. Bay Park Square and a grocery store are about a mile south. The airport is eight to ten minutes.

We wanted a location guests would use in October and in April. Weddings, Resch calendars, Titletown weekends, youth sports, family in town. Close when you want the stadium. Residential when you come back. That is why this pocket of Ashwaubenon, and why this street.

Most “near Lambeau” listings are either a walk or a real house. This one is both — and closer than almost anything on a residential street.

Three houses sit between the porch and the Lambeau parking lot. About 10 minutes on foot to the gates and Titletown, a little more to Resch. You are not circling for parking. You are not taking a rideshare for a concert. You walk.

The house is a renovated four-level split that sleeps 10 in actual beds: three queens upstairs with a full bath, kitchen and dining on the main floor, a big living room one level down with a full bar next to the patio door, and a double-queen room plus private bath on the lowest level. Groups can split up without renting two places.
The backyard is fully fenced and opens off that living-room bar. New hard-piped natural gas Weber. The garage is heated and cooled with a mini-split and a new epoxy floor — usable space, not a cold bay.

It stands out because the location is almost on top of the stadium district and the house still works like a home: separate sleeping floors, a bar that walks outside, a yard, a garage you can actually sit in. Packers weekends, Resch shows, Titletown events, weddings, family trips. Same walk. Different reason.
