A warm welcome to Villa Bellevue – Apartment No. 3!
In our cozy apartment on the first floor of Villa Bellevue, we warmly welcome up to three guests to 52 square meters of space—ideal for a relaxing vacation by the Baltic Sea.
You can access the apartment through a separate entrance. A small hallway welcomes you and offers plenty of space for your coats and shoes. On the left, you’ll find the spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped—including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-zone stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster—everything you need for a relaxing self-catering stay.
In the living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for three people. From here, you can step out onto the sunny, southwest-facing balcony—perfect for winding down the day with a glass of wine.
The inviting bedroom features a double bed (160 × 200 cm, two separate mattresses) and a spacious closet for your luggage.
So that you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation to the fullest right from the day you arrive, we’ve already made up the bed for you and your loved ones and laid out a shower towel and a small hand towel. The bathroom, which features a window, is equipped with a toilet, a hair dryer, and a modern shower stall with a Baltic Sea beach motif—making even a shower feel like a little vacation experience.
Free Wi-Fi and a parking space on the property round out your vacation comfort. You’re welcome to park bicycles you’ve brought with you—or ones you’ve rented locally—in the bike rack on the property.
In the spring of 2025, the owner took many guest requests into account and lovingly modernized the apartment. A new couch, high-quality mattresses, and improved blackout options ensure even greater comfort. Numerous atmospheric pictures of Ahlbeck, displayed throughout all rooms, add charming accents and give each room a special, regional character.
A special bonus: The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is just 200 meters away—ideal for a morning stroll or relaxing by the sea.
Bonus: With your spa pass, you can ride the Kaiserbäderlinie buses for free within the Ostseebad Heringsdorf municipal area. Just leave your car behind and explore the Kaiserbäder at your leisure. Another very special experience is the hop-on-hop-off boat from Bansin to Świnoujście (Poland), which you can use for free between the piers from April through October.
