APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

1-room apartment on the 3rd floor. Entrance with wardrobes. Living room with living and sleeping area with access to the balcony. Sleeping area with double bed (2 x 9cm x 200cm) and shutters. Open kitchenette with cooker (2 hotplates), dishwasher, microwave and Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Dining table for four. Separate bathroom with shower/WC/sink. Outdoor car park subject to availability (cannot be reserved). Pets are not allowed. Shared laundry room. Skiroom in the apartment. No bicycle room.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment building is located at Via Arona 15 and is 200 meters from the lake. The shops are 300 meters away, the ice rink, cross-country skiing and a training track for the athletic 400 meters (summer), can easily be reached in 5 minutes walking time. The Signal cable railway is easily accessible by bus, the next bus stop is 300 meters away.

Excellent communications, just right. Very well organised, keys we’re waiting for us on time and place convenient for pickup Apartment was bigger and better than expectation I had based on pictures and experience with other rentals in the past. Very well furnished and all amenities where there including dishwasher pucks. Very quiet area. City centre is walking distance, bus stop to Signalbahn is less than 5 min walk.
