This cozy ground-floor vacation rental, measuring approximately 63 m², offers a bright and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living room is equipped with satellite TV, a radio/CD player, and a dining table. The integrated, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—including a refrigerator (without a freezer), dishwasher, oven, stove, and microwave.
The vacation rental has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The insect screens also help ensure pleasant nights.
The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and window is equipped with a washing machine, so you can do your laundry during your stay.
Enjoy sunny days on the west-facing terrace with patio furniture and an umbrella—the perfect place to relax and unwind.
A parking space (No. 6) and a bike shed are available for your use. Wi-Fi is, of course, provided to give you internet access at all times. This vacation rental is ideal for a relaxing stay and offers everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable vacation.

Note on possible additional costs:
For departures on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that bookings from June through September must be as continuous as possible.

If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to your reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.

The visitor’s tax is based on Prerow’s current regulations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
