Lounge Kapelana is a modern furnished villa that offers comfort for a maximum of 8 people. It is ideal for those who want to spend an active vacation in beautiful surroundings. On the first floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a living room decorated in neutral colors and an entertainment room with darts and pool table. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces. A lovely private pool with comfortable sun loungers is at your disposal and the children can play in the children's playground. You can prepare delicious meals on the barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. The highlight of Lounge Kapelana is the beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants. The garden not only offers a peaceful place to relax, but also plenty of opportunities for sporting activities. There is a basketball and volleyball court, you can play badminton or table tennis, a round of soccer or practice golf on a small golf course. There is a 1700 m long trail through vineyards, olive groves and a forest, ideal for jogging or a bike ride. Lounge Kapelana is also fully fenced, offers wifi, 4 private parking spaces and is close to all the amenities you need.

Lounge Kapelana is located in the charming settlement in central Istria - Jursici. Due to its location, you can enjoy the privacy and at the same time the tranquility of the green nature. If you want to explore the area, there are many interesting towns that you can easily reach by car. Jursici is located near Svetvincenat, a small but charming village known for its history, cultural monuments and numerous events and festivals (dance, theater, medieval festival, cheese festival, etc.). In the center you can visit the Morosini Grimani Castle, the Renaissance square and interesting old churches. The area is ideal for an active vacation - many hiking and cycling routes are waiting for you. If you want to discover Istria, we recommend many beautiful towns only 30 min drive from the villa - Pula, Fazana, Rovinj or Pazin. From the fishing village of Fazana (where the nearest beach is located) you can easily reach the breathtaking Brijuni Archipelago and National Park. If you are more interested in a romantic city setting, visit Rovinj. Rovinj shines with its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean atmosphere. The Church of St. Euphemia preserves relics of the saint and is one of the most beautiful Baroque achievements in Istria. From the church's plateau you have a beautiful view of the open sea and numerous small islands in the distance.
