The newly renovated Apartment 2 of Villa Pinie will be available from March 2024. There will be a new kitchen, a new bathroom and new furnishings in the bedroom and living room. Photos will be uploaded after completion of the renovation.

Overlooking the Alps, the holiday apartment Villa Pinie 2 in Terlan impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Great apartment in a wonderful location

Pros: A bit above the town of Terlan, the house is surrounded by vineyards and is a real magical place to be in. The Kitchen and showers are newly renovated with best in class amnesties. There is everything you need for a short or longer stay. Supermarket, bakery and a wonderful gelateria are available in the town. Orsula is a great host, easy to communicate with and helped us with any request. Cons: Internet was a bit on the slow side, but worked properly.

The house is new , everything is new but because the house is in the middle of too many trees and is near farms it cause lot of insects to come in the house .The window needs to be shut at night due to all the instructs , it gets very hot and there’s no fan in the house .The landlady if very helpful and helped us a lot but at the end she asked me to pay a municipal tax of 12 euros cash when alll the taxes had been payed and then after she asked for my personal documents .The WiFi barely works only on one bit of the house .This was my Experiance .

Pros: Das Haus befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage, die weiteren Feriengäste im Haus bemerkt man kaum, so dass man sein eigenes Reich auch auf der Terrasse genießen kann mit einem schönen Ausblick in die Berge. Das Wohnzimmer mit den großen Fenstern ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht super eingerichtet. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles ganz ganz toll.

Pros: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt/Urlaub. Die Eigentümerin sehr lieb und total um einen bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert.
