Upstairs, there are two modern bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. Everyone has plenty of privacy, and no one has to wait long.
The attic feels almost like its own playhouse: a spacious relaxation and game area with TV, gaming console, beanbags, and even a climbing wall. Children will be entertained for hours, and adults won’t resist joining in either. In the utility room, you can dry all your winter sports clothing, skis, and ski boots, ready for the next day.
Outside is just as inviting. The house features several terraces, including a truly unique one built around a large tree, offering a special atmosphere and lovely shade in summer. There’s also a smaller, cozy “nest” terrace with views of the surrounding nature. Perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The heated saltwater pool is open year-round, and the hot tub is a wonderful treat after a day of hiking or skiing. Kids have plenty of space to play and explore, and a nearby sports field is ideal for tennis, volleyball, or mini soccer.

In winter, you’re in the heart of a paradise for skiers and snowboarders, with the slopes of the largest ski resort in the Czech Republic, SkiResort Černá hora – Pec, just a short distance away. Skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, or snowshoeing. Everything is within easy reach. The lively winter atmosphere in the valley adds an extra touch of coziness.
In summer, the region is just as attractive. Step right into nature for stunning mountain hikes, cycling trips, or a day of downhill on the Černá hora slopes. Exciting excursions are also within reach: the Dvůr Králové Zoo, the baroque beauty of Kuks, the impressive Stachelberg bunkers, and the charming town of Vrchlabí are all just a short drive away.
