Spacious house in quiet village across from The Lost Kitchen

Im glad to offer you my house in Maine while I develop my camp in California. I'm a new RV'r and build things. I love this house I bought in 2021 after my California house burned down in 2020. So you could say I'm a fire refugee. There is alot of clean up and restoration I feel compelled to accomplish so in staying here you are helping me. Thank you

Coming from California the most dramatic change was of course the weather and I love it. All seasons are incredible with the unfortunate cost of heat in the winter months. Thunder and lightning, rain, snow, sunshine, fog it's all here. The town lake has swimming and boating docks just a 10 minutes walk away. It is very quiet with the exceptional fleet of big rigs if a harvest is in season. Maine has a no billboard law making driving anywhere like a little vacation. The coast offers coffee shops and museums and inland hosts the amish with horse and carriage at the grocery store.

It sits on a hill overlooking the stream surrounded by maple trees and in full sunlight. The town of 700 only has a town office, church and post office. There is a convenience store and gas station a 5 minutes drive way. I am many times the only person walking my dog around the village. There has been a new eatery open for lunch across the street and it brings gobs of people who stand in lines to cross the bridge of the damn. I like the added people/food power to this isolated corner.
