Your villa consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over 1 step and a 20 sqm terrace and a 20 sqm balcony directly in the kitchen living. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Kitchen with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Living room 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Location
Medulin. The villa is located on a farm, on a 1700 sqm enclosed plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The Veronika & Marija houses are located in a quiet place called Biskupije. There is a lot of land around the house on the property where children can play and pets can also run around. Right next door is the Medulin riding stable and close to the Adrenaline Park Medulin. Enjoy quiet moments and relax in Istrian nature. The apartments are equipped with comfortable beds, new kitchens and new bathrooms as well as new furniture. Each room has a closet and shelf for suitcases. There is also a television and a small table with chair in each room. The entrances are divided into the two apartments, each apartment has its own entrance.
