Located on the serene shores of Île d’Oléron, this welcoming apartment is designed for up to five guests and offers a relaxed base for families or friends looking to enjoy the Atlantic coast at an easy pace. Close to beaches, forest trails, and cycling routes, it’s a stay where days naturally unfold outdoors and evenings return to comfort.

The living room features a double sofa bed and TV, creating a cozy social space that easily converts into a sleeping area when needed. The well-equipped kitchenette is perfect for preparing simple holiday meals. The sleeping layout is flexible and family-friendly - one bedroom with a single bed, while the charming gallery bedroom hosts a double bed. Together with the sofa bed, the apartment comfortably accommodates five guests. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, along with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a baby crib, ensures convenience throughout your stay.

Outside, your private terrace with garden furniture invites slow breakfasts and relaxed evenings in the sea breeze. Guests also have access to excellent shared facilities, including a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (April to September) and a heated indoor pool for cooler days.

The island, Île d’Oléron, unfolds with wide beaches, pine forests, scenic cycling routes, oyster villages, and charming harbours. Stroll the colourful streets of Saint-Trojan-les-Bains, take a boat trip past Fort Boyard, or follow the coastline to quiet coves and glowing sunsets. Visit Saint-Georges-d’Oléron, the island’s oldest town, explore dunes and woodlands, climb the Phare de Chassiron at the northern tip, and discover the Citadelle du Château-d’Oléron.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. The open sleeping loft is accessible via stairs from the living room / bedroom. The accommodations are located at different distances from the water, and some service facilities at the holiday complex are only open seasonally. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Dogs are to be kept on a leash. The photos show examples of houses and apartments. Only dogs up to 5 kg allowed. Baby cot upon availability.
