Located on the fourth floor, this bright and modern penthouse offers a breathtaking view across the entire Bay of Lübeck—a view that will accompany you from the moment you wake up in bed until the evening on the sofa.
Enjoy the sun all day long on the wraparound rooftop terrace—from sunrise to sunset.

In addition to the two bedrooms (each equipped with ample closet space and a TV), the penthouse features two tastefully designed bathrooms: a shower room accessible directly from the bedroom, and another bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The open kitchen, with its counter, invites you to cook together.
The lighting is dimmable, creating a cozy atmosphere. The living room features a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 additional guests.

In the same building, several saunas and a spacious fitness area are available to you free of charge. Just put on your bathrobe or workout clothes, take the elevator up to the first floor, and off you go! There’s a separate play area for your children.

An underground parking space and a basement storage room for bicycles, strollers, and similar items are also available to you. From there, you can easily reach the penthouse via the elevator.

Various playgrounds for the little ones within walking distance, the Mads Möwe Kids’ Club run by the tourism service, and the town’s many different beaches (swimming beach, dog beach, surfing beach, nudist beach) ensure there’s never a dull moment. In addition to the promenade with its restaurants and shops, the town of Pelzerhaken also offers a supermarket, a bakery, and an ATM. There is also a surf school with equipment rentals (surfing/kitesurfing/sailing/SUP) as well as a bike rental shop.
