This cozy apartment is located on the first floor, has a living area of 25 m², and is particularly well-suited for a vacation for two. It features a comfortable living/sleeping area, a bathroom with a bathtub, an entryway with a kitchenette and a coat closet, and a balcony.

The living/bedroom area of the Borkum vacation rental is equipped with, among other things, a seating area (round table and two chairs) and a desk, as well as a TV, a radio with CD and USB, and free Wi-Fi. It also features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two high-quality mattresses (including mattress protectors and a slatted frame), two nightstands with reading lamps, and two dressers.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet area—right next to a nature-protected forest and dune property—just about 300 m from Borkum’s South Beach and the spa promenade.

Eight charming apartments await you at the “Baron’s Residenz.” Floor-to-ceiling, south-facing panoramic windows create a lovely living atmosphere with bright, cozy rooms. Three of the vacation apartments feature a separate layout with a bedroom and living area.
