The apartment is located on the first floor of the “Barons Residenz” and features a living/bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, an entryway with a kitchenette and a coat closet, as well as a terrace.

For wonderfully relaxing moments, the living room of the vacation apartment is equipped with, among other things, a seating area (round table and two chairs), a workspace (Wi-Fi), a TV, and a radio with CD and USB ports. Cozy furnishings—which harmonize beautifully with the lovely oak parquet flooring—floor-to-ceiling windows, and dimmable ceiling lights transform the room into your very own personal oasis of relaxation!

The living/bedroom also features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two high-quality mattresses and mattress protectors.

For convenient self-catering, the vacation rental features a well-equipped kitchenette (including a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster). The vacation apartment complex has 5 parking spaces on the private driveway. A washing machine and dryer are located in the shared utility room.

Our vacation apartment is also suitable for people with allergies. The “Baron’s Residenz” is designed to be allergy-friendly and therefore does not allow pets and is a strictly non-smoking property. It received ECARF certification in 2013.
