With views of the Atlantic, Villa Milena in Callao Salvaje is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 220 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. A cot and high chair for babies are also available.
This holiday rental features a private pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue area. The heated pool is available for bookings of more than 7 days for an extra fee. The pool is suitable for both adults and children, as it has shallow and deeper sections, making it safe and comfortable for the whole family.
The property is located 1 km from the beach and public transport links are within walking distance. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not allowed.
