Villa Les Brés is located in Bauduen and offers a magnificent view of the lake. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom as well as an additional toilet, and can accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, a television, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A ping-pong table is also at your disposal. A baby cot and a high chair are available.



This villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, a pétanque court, a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue. The property is 300 metres from Lake Sainte-Croix and about 20 minutes from the Verdon Gorges. The village of Bauduen is 2.5 km away, where you will find a grocery store, restaurants, sailing schools, and boat rentals.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Air conditioning is not available. The property has a step-free interior. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. This property provides guidelines to help you sort waste correctly; further information is provided on site.

A beautiful villa in an outstanding location

Pros: The hosts are so wonderful and friendly and made us feel very welcome! The house is big and open planned. The swimming pool is clean and big. Great to have a petanque area outdoors - this area sees the shade the earliest, as located on a lower level to the house, the middle level hosts the pool and the upper level is the house level with a huge(!) balcony overlooking the pool with lake views. There is a massive umbrella to seek the shade for lunchtimes on the balcony. The house is located a short walk to the lake, a very short drive to an abundance of other areas to enter the lake. Bauduen is a very short drive with restaurants, a beach, quant town and public toilets! We also headed to the gorge on our kayak and paddleboard, there are plenty of places to go sit by the lake with our dog - who also came on our boats to see the gorge and explore the lake! We also boated out to an island in the lake which was amazing. We found hiking trails, cycle routes, and a great pizza restaurants!

Parfait, cadre très agréable

Maison bien située dans un jolie cadre avec vue sur le lac et son couché de soleil, proche de tous les villages à ne pas manquer. Nous remercions Cécile pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Maison bien entretenue et linge fourni très appréciable.
