In a quiet residential area, not far from the 18-hole “Auf der Gsteig” golf course, you’ll enjoy 230 square meters of bright, inviting rooms with large windows spread over two floors. Simply fabulous—you’ll feel the vacation vibe from the very first moment.

Children are welcome; a crib and a high chair are available for the little ones.

The vacation home spans two floors and features thoughtfully designed living areas: In the living room, with its laminate flooring, a comfortable sofa area with armchairs invites you to relax. Six TVs with digital cable provide entertainment. Wi-Fi and internet access are available, as is a safe for your valuables. Air conditioning in all rooms, along with underfloor heating and a solar heating system, contribute to a pleasant indoor climate. As a smoke-free property suitable for people with allergies, the Sarah vacation home is designed to provide a well-maintained, healthy living environment; privacy screens on all windows ensure your privacy.

The open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided. A dining table and a separate dining area offer plenty of space for shared meals. To help you get off to a relaxed start, basic kitchen supplies, dish towels, and trash cans are provided.

There are a total of 2 bathrooms and an additional guest restroom. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers (2 in total), and there is also a bathtub. Sinks, toilets, mirrors, makeup mirrors, windows, and hot water are included; a hair dryer is also provided. Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are included, and for longer stays, you’ll have access to a washer and dryer for your own use, as well as practical amenities such as a clothes rack, iron, and ironing board.

Outside, you can enjoy views of the garden and a beautiful mountain vista. The garden, featuring a lawn for sunbathing, lounge chairs, patio furniture, and shade, invites you to linger. There are several terrace and balcony features, including a terrace as well as a covered and enclosed area—ideal for spending time outdoors even in changeable weather. An e-bike charging station is available for active guests. Arrival and parking are conveniently arranged: private parking, a carport, a garage, and a total of 2 parking spaces are included with the house.

The location is rural, in a village, with waterfalls nearby. A car is not necessary. For daily needs and shopping, there is a supermarket, a bank/ATM, and medical facilities such as a doctor’s office and a hospital nearby. Leisure activities are diverse and range from hiking, biking, mountain biking, and Nordic walking to water sports such as swimming, sailing, surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, rowing, canoeing, and kayaking, as well as golf, tennis, horseback riding, paragliding, and winter sports like cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and snowboarding. Culture and nightlife are also well represented—with museums, theaters, movie theaters, churches, restaurants, and other attractions. Inside the house, a game room rounds out the amenities for spending time together.
