This thatched-roof beach house with boho touches is located in the idyllic fishing village of Zirchow on the sunny island of Usedom.<br><br><br><br>Information on additional costs and fees:<br><br>Rental rates are based on 4 guests.<br><br>Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.<br><br>The beach house has 2 parking spaces and bike racks for your bicycles.<br><br>The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent.<br><br>The security deposit will be refunded approximately 14 business days after your departure.<br><br>Costs for water, electricity, and heating are included.<br><br>Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the vacation home.<br><br><br><br>The lagoon coast, located just about 350 m away, is perfect for walks and bike rides, making it particularly suitable for city dwellers seeking peace and quiet and for families—an ideal vacation spot.<br><br>The imperial seaside resorts of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin, as well as Świnoujście in neighboring Poland, are also just a 15-minute drive away.<br><br><br><br>The detached “Beachhouse Usedom” was completed in 2022, stands on a plot of approximately 600 square meters, spans two floors, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.<br><br>The spacious combined living and dining area leads directly to the terrace, where you can enjoy Usedom’s sunny days. The terrace is equipped with seating, sun loungers, a parasol, and a gas grill (April–October).<br><br><br><br>In the living room, the cozy couch in front of the smart TV invites you to relax and enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows. A Netflix account is available for your use at the Beach House.
