- Front patio: motorized awning, aluminum fence, garden furniture (sofa, two armchairs, side table).

- Rear patio: table for 6, perfect for outdoor meals, and a chill-out area for relaxing in the evening. An electric grill is available for use here. This terrace leads to a utility room with washing machine and storage for cleaning and beach/pool items.
