The detached villa is functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residence. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location by the water. Available for use: sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture. For stays of at least 7 nights, a mid-week cleaning service is offered, which includes cleaning the floors throughout the house and cleaning the bathroom. Linen is changed only when needed and for a fee.

On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners) and exhaust hood. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, telephone, baby bed, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

San Vincenzo. The villa is located in a residence. The residence is situated in a quiet, sheltered location, overlooking the park, which contributes to relaxation and the quality of the stay. The Riva degli Etruschi holiday complex stretches over one kilometre of beach and 35 hectares of parkland. The Riva Degli Etruschi Resort is set amidst pine forests, borders its own free private beach, and offers numerous sports facilities. Parking (for 1 car) on the premises.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from the end of May to the beginning of October, can be heated 26 m x 12 m 1.4 m deep). Children's pool (0.4 m deep). In the pool area, there are three pools: a large pool measuring 26×12.5 m with a depth of 1.40 m, a medium-sized pool measuring 14×10 m with a depth of 0.90 cm, and a small pool for children in the shape of a circular quadrant with a depth of 0 to 0.40 cm. Access is also ensured for people with disabilities. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available in the pool area and included.


Leisure
6 bicycles. In the complex: gym, tennis, table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children from 4 years. Tennis and golf can be played at the residence for a fee. Bicycles can be hired for a fee. Table tennis and beach volleyball are included. There is also an indoor sailing school at the residence. The children's entertainment is for children aged 4 to 16 and is open from around 15 May to 18 October.

One sun lounger, one parasol, and one deck chair per accommodation are included.
