The apartment is located on the 1st floor (elevator available) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. From the living room, you have a view of the town center. The location is fantastic, just about 2,000 m from the beautiful Camperduin Beach. The nature reserve begins right behind the building. There are beautiful bike paths and walking trails through the forest and to the dunes, all the way to the beach. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 3 people (2 adults and 1 child between the ages of 4 and 18)

Layout: Bright living room with comfortable seating and a TV. A portable fan is provided. Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, etc.), modern bathroom with a double shower. Entryway and separate toilet. 1 bedroom with a double bed (2x80x200), blackout curtains, and a small bedroom with a single bed (90x200) and closet space. Both bedrooms have their own entrance, and both have direct access to the bathroom.
On the side of the building, there is a seating area for you, a table with 2 comfortable chairs—see also photo.
A small parking space behind the building is included with the apartment. One parking space is included with the
apartment. Larger cars or additional cars can be parked for free on the street in Groet.

Nearby, you can rent bicycles at the “Masteling Tweewielers” shop to better explore the region. There’s a small supermarket just around the corner. Groet also offers good restaurants and cozy outdoor dining areas.
Every season has its own charm. Groet and the surrounding area have a lot to offer: the beach, hiking, biking, and mountain bike trails.
Beautiful day-trip destinations like Den Helder, Texel, and the artists’ village of Bergen are right nearby. So is the lovely city of Alkmaar with its charming old town and canals.
