The house is located in a small, quiet village in the green heart of the biosphere reserve near Gerswalde.
Picturesque lakes, green forests, and rolling hills—over which eagles, cranes, and storks circle—form the idyllic backdrop of this area. The surrounding lakes are home to pike, zander, eel, and perch.
In the large garden, there is a stork’s nest that is visited by storks from time to time.
The house is simply, rustically, and comfortably furnished. A fireplace, dishwasher, and barbecue facilities are available. On the first floor, you’ll find the bathroom, a bedroom, and the kitchen-living room with access to the spacious terrace. The stairs lead up to the other two bedrooms and the living room.
The swimming area (Sabinensee) is a five-minute walk from the house,
and the ostrich farm is 3 km away.
