You don’t need a boating license; the houseboat is moored at the dock on the canal connecting the IJsselmeer to the Heegermeer. There is ample parking available for cars and bicycles at the marina. Well-developed bike paths connect the small villages with the various bodies of water.<br><br>This 40-square-meter floating “vacation home” offers a truly unique experience spread over two floors.<br>From sunrise to sunset, this personally designed, spacious, and high-quality vacation home accommodates up to three people. (1 double bed, 1 single bed)<br>The 4x5-meter rooftop terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax with cool drinks while enjoying an impressive panoramic view far out over the canal. The 4x2.5-meter south-facing terrace is the ideal spot for breakfast or a barbecue. Inside, the large floor-to-ceiling windows create a very special atmosphere and a direct connection to the surrounding water. <br>Several well-stocked supermarkets are open Monday through Sunday and can be reached from the houseboat in just a few minutes by car or bike.<br>Everything has been thought of on board: Wi-Fi, satellite TV (Astra 19.2), internet radio, fans in every room, a cozy pellet stove for the cooler months, and mosquito screens on all doors and windows. <br>The kitchen amenities are also second to none. The kitchen is equipped with coffee makers for filter coffee and Nespresso capsules, a teapot, a toaster, a microwave with a baking function, a large dishwasher, a gas stove, a fridge-freezer, plenty of high-quality pots and pans, a grill, ample tableware, towels, silverware, and fine wine glasses. <br>The rooms have been individually furnished with great attention to detail. A large leather sofa, high-quality beds, new mattresses, beautiful linens, ample storage space, separate rooms for the shower (with a professional-grade hair dryer) and a ventilated restroom. Every window is equipped with sun- and light-blocking blinds. All lights are dimmable, creating a cozy atmosphere and a special vacation experience. We’ve thought of everything to ensure your stay is relaxing, enjoyable, and unforgettable.<br>Once you’ve arrived and settled in, you can make yourself comfortable or explore the surrounding area or the sandy beach in Stavoren on the IJsselmeer, which is just a few minutes’ drive or a leisurely bike ride away.<br>Warns is the ideal starting point for explorers and those who love to enjoy life. From here, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the diverse region and its small, beautiful towns. At many nearby restaurants, you can recharge after a wonderful day of vacation and relax amid the warm, traditional Dutch hospitality. Still want more? Why not rent a SUP or a “sloep” (a small, flat motorboat) right here at the marina and cruise through the canals of this beautiful region. Want to rent e-bikes or play golf? It’s all possible in the immediate vicinity. <br>Fancy a stroll through town? A ferry runs several times a day from the old harbor in Stavoren to Enkhuizen—a great place to wander and enjoy a relaxed day with apple pie and coffee.
