The studio apartment in DHH-Gersthofen offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 40 m² accommodation features a combined living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom, suitable for 2 guests. A third person can sleep on an electric air mattress. The apartment has a private entrance on the lower ground floor. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV, air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, as well as a washing machine and dryer located in the house and available upon request for an additional fee.



This studio also offers an outdoor area with a covered terrace and barbecue. You can also use a shared garden and outdoor shower.



Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.



Free street parking is available. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property offers storage for motorbikes and bicycles. The accommodation follows recycling guidelines and is equipped to save light and water.



Bicycles can be rented for an additional fee. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. From around June to September/October, depending on the weather, you are welcome to use the heated communal pool in the garden. Pool use is available for an additional fee.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

A studio apartment with so many extras.Looking out on to a beautiful garden. A small pool with fabulous pool toys..Everything in this space has been so well designed and is top quality.In the basement laundry facilities and even a sauna!Also, dog friendly which was important for us.Irina and Dominic were both very friendly and good communicators.To be recommended for both short and longer term rentals.Shops and bakeries are within walking distance.

Tolle Einrichtung.

Pros: Superschönes Studio. Mit Hund ideal, da der Garten bzw. das Grundstück komplett „eingezäunt“ ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Kommunikation einwandfrei.
