The Lookout is a three bedroom, two bathroom beachfront home (sleeps up to eight people) that has been thoughtfully curated to elevate your experience. Indulge in expansive ocean views and luxe accommodations to accompany the sense of calm and relaxation that beach living provides. Ideal communal living spaces, both indoors and out, are coupled with ample opportunity for private retreat to take in the beauty and wildlife that surrounds. Fully-loaded amenities throughout, including a view deck and fully-fenced, pet/kid-friendly yard, four person hot-tub, propane fire pit and patio, BBQ + Traeger, Peloton bike and free weights, Sonos sound system, media/game room, and EV charging. The well-equipped kitchen, walk-in pantry, and second full refrigerator provides the right platform for effortless entertaining. Perched on a private lane, just steps from the sandy 18 mile expanse of beach, The Lookout isn't just a place to stay --- it's a place you will want to return to, again & again!

We love creating places where people can slow down, reconnect and make great memories together. As frequent travelers ourselves, we’ve tried to think through the little details that make a stay feel effortless — a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great coffee, spaces to gather, and plenty of ways to relax.
The Lookout is also a home we personally enjoy, so we care for it that way. We want our guests to feel completely at home while they’re here, and we’re always available if there’s anything we can do to make their stay even better.

Grayland is one of those special places that still feels wonderfully undiscovered. The beach stretches for miles, the sunsets are incredible, and life moves at a decidedly slower pace here.
We fell in love with this particular location because you get the privacy and peacefulness of a quiet beach community while being just steps from the sand. Spend the day beachcombing, digging razor clams, flying kites or exploring the coast — then come home, soak in the hot tub and watch the sun disappear over the Pacific.

Inside, there’s plenty of room to spread out or gather together, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, game/media room, dedicated office, Peloton and weights, Sonos throughout, and cozy spaces designed for enjoying the view.
But our favorite feature may simply be the setting: mornings with coffee overlooking the ocean, long days on the beach and evenings in the hot tub under the stars. The Lookout was designed to be a place you actually want to spend time — not just somewhere to sleep between adventures.
