The detached villa is situated in a panoramic position with sea views in a fenced garden plot and is laid out over 2 floors. The owners live on the upper floor with separate access and will take care of your needs immediately if required. You can access your living area with ground-level access to the garden from the parking lot through a small orange and lemon grove. Our guests are welcome to pick their own oranges here during the season. You can tell from the tasteful furnishings that your landlady is an interior designer. The wide French doors in the spacious living area allow the indoors and outdoors to merge. Two double bedrooms and a chic bathroom offer space for four guests. In the well-equipped kitchen (including a Bora hob), you can really enjoy preparing the good things from the nearby weekly market. In front of the house is a sunbathing lawn and a dining area in front of the wisteria with a beautiful sea view. To the side of the house is the inviting pool with sun loungers and fantastic sea views.
The grounds are secured with an electric gate. (Please note, however, that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured with railings if you are on holiday with children).
Your car can be parked in the carport within the grounds. The cosy furnishings and central heating make your holiday perfect whatever the season.
