Great Stay!

We had a great stay here! It was nice to have a clean space for home cooked meals and a great place to rest between adventures! Quick 10 min drive to downtown Moab restaurants and close to trails!

Great place to stay!

It was a great place to stay for our family! I was thinking that the back patio area was fully fenced in, but it was not - not a big deal, but I kept our pup on leash each time I took her out. We would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. It is a little ways from town, but it was nice to have the quiet after a day of adventure.

Communication with the host was great. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The housekeeping needs to be improved - the hallway and kitchen tile was filthy and found it out after wiping up water on the floor, which resulted from the refrigerator water lines, the kitchen stove grill wasn't clean, the bathroom stools had a brownish ring around the water line, and the downstairs stool wasn't clean around the inside rim of the stool., the dresser in the master bedroom was dusty. The patio had weeds growing up between the cement cracks and dirt wasn't swept off, and the patio door lock didn't work. We're not overly particular but these are too noticeable not to mention or for housekeeping and owners to improve on for future guests.
